Refund Policy


If when you receive your product(s) and you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 28 days for exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. All items must be returned in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if we feel a garment has been worn or has not been kept in original saleable condition. Prestige Design & Workwear Ltd will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to Prestige Design & Workwear Ltd is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees. If a garment is returned because you believe it to be faulty – this will need to be referred to the manufacturer in some instances and for health and safety reasons, the garment must be freshly laundered.


For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used Swimwear where the protective lining has been removed (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like)

All Embroidery and Printed products are also non-returnable. Unless faulty where a replacement will be supplied upon agreement from Prestige Design & Workwear Ltd

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, please contact us within 10 days. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Prestige Design & Workwear Ltd immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item ASAP.


Prestige Design & Workwear Ltd will only accept unworn Footwear for a refund. If they become faulty, please contact Prestige Design & Workwear Ltd
