We aim to fulfil all school uniform orders asap, although during school holidays our usual turnaround is 7-10 working days. (please note if there is a stock issue we will be in contact)

Once your order is complete you will receive a text message to say your order is ready to collect.

High resolution JPG or PDF. Ideally, we require the exact files you are sent from the graphic designer who created your logo. Please note charges may apply if we need to rebuild your logo.

Turnaround on workwear is dependent on our que for both workwear and embroidery, you will be notified this once your order is complete and in process.

We will contact supplier and let you know the ETA of the item you require.

During the school holidays we become very, very busy and noticed the shopping experience for our customers wasn’t as stress-free as it should be. So, we offer an appointment system so you can have easy access into our stores on the date and time you wish to come. Although we always advise parents to book in for the early of the summer and to not leave it too late.
